Purple Sunset Over Lake Irwin

The purple glow from the setting Sun made for a beautiful Sunset over Lake Irwin in Crested Butte Colorado. I ended up driving 3 hours out of my way to get this shot, since Kebler Pass is still closed for the winter and I had to turn around. It was totally worth it!! :)
Morning Geese

This mornings sunrise was just awesome!!! I found a good view to watch the sun come up and started shooting. Just as the Sun started breaking over the horizon, 4 geese came floating by out of no where and just made this shot!! I couldnt have planned it better!!!
Colorado Dunes Sunset

The Sun sets over Colorado Dunes state park in southern Colorado.
Fluffy clouds dance across the sky over Clear Creek Reservoir in Granite Colorado.
Bear Creek Falls

The largest of the many waterfalls I encountered on the Million Dollar Highway. To get this view of the falls, you must descend a vertical rock face that is gnarly to say the least. Loose rock makes for a technical descent, but you are rewarded with this amazing view of the falls. The mist of the falling H20 and afternoon sunlight made perfect conditions for a mini rainbow!!!
Beautiful clouds fill the sky over Great Sand Dunes National Park in Southern Colorado...
Stormy Springtime Sunset...

Todays stormy weather made for a spectacular sunset over Itasca!!! Its days like today that inspire me to keep getting out there to shoot!! Some days dont work out like you expect and it can be a bummer, but sometimes you get surprised by mother nature and get to witness amazing light!!!
South Loop Sunset

Sunset over the south loop was definitely decent on this day... I had to stop and shoot from this elevated position for a bit...
GOLDEN SUNSET

Pretty sick golden spring sunset with Burnham harbor in the foreground. Soon this harbor will be filled with boats and traffic, so this is the calm before the summer storm!!!
