TAKEOFF Im not sure what it was that made all of these ducks takeoff and fly to the middle of the pond, but something spooked the whole flock and they all took off at once. It was definitely crazy!!! I was able to grab this photo while hundreds of waterfowl flew all around me on this brisk February afternoon....
Wise one A couple of Bison from the herd take a minute to check me out. The long full beard of this older Buffalo suggests that he could teach the youngster a thing or two... If he could talk, I imagine his voice being deep and full, like Morgan Freeman's or TreeBeard from LOTR for example. These creatures are soo majestic and beautiful!! I could photograph them everyday!! :)
