Sunrise at the Rocks Remixed.... I have been trying a few new techniques in the digital darkroom the past couple of weeks to so I decided to take a look into the archives and try a re-edit of one of my older shoots to see if I could get them looking a bit better. Im really happy with the look and feel of this shot and its a look that I could never quite get with the skills I had at the time.
South Loop Sunset Sunset over the south loop was definitely decent on this day... I had to stop and shoot from this elevated position for a bit...
Stormy Springtime Sunset... Todays stormy weather made for a spectacular sunset over Itasca!!! Its days like today that inspire me to keep getting out there to shoot!! Some days dont work out like you expect and it can be a bummer, but sometimes you get surprised by mother nature and get to witness amazing light!!!
Funky Tree This funky tree was in a random field on the way to watch some eagles on the Mississippi
LIFE ON THE PRAIRIE... A cow pasture outside of Chicago after the recent and only snowfall of this mild winter.... This was taken on the way to eagle watch on the Mississippi river....
Country Sunset... This sunset shot was taken on the way home from eagle watching on the Mississippi River.
Morning Geese This mornings sunrise was just awesome!!! I found a good view to watch the sun come up and started shooting. Just as the Sun started breaking over the horizon, 4 geese came floating by out of no where and just made this shot!! I couldnt have planned it better!!!
SUNRISE @ THE ROCKS... Here is a sunrise shot taken one morning at one of my favorite spots along the south shore of Lake Michigan. I had visited this spot a handful of times and the conditions had just never been quite right. This morning however, the stars aligned and I enjoyed this beautiful sunrise!!!!
