Valentine's day 2020, we took our 5 year old daughter to Constable Tattoo to get her ears pierced. It was a great experience and we highly recommend considering this much safer option than boutique stores in the mall. (in our opinion ) Tattoo Parlor's are licensed by the state, use higher quality equipment than the store piercing guns, and need to follow strict heath codes and sanitation procedures.
